NPS Case Study

In this case study I conducted an analysis of Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for employees at a

technology sales company, focusing on identifying correlations between NPS ratings and additional

performance metrics. Specifically, I filtered employees with an NPS score greater than 9

(on a 1-10 scale) to examine whether this high satisfaction rating was linked to other key indicators.

This analysis demonstrates my proficiency in R, utilizing functions such as mutate, group_by and summarise.

Additionally, I applied statistical measures such as mean and sum,

to derive meaningful insights from the dataset.
